I created the Promock brand while I was at university and decided to revive it years later. I created a series of intuitive device mock-ups using both 3D and traditional photography to sell as premium templates.
For the iPhone X mock-up I created a 3D model of the phone paying close attention to the Apple keynote reveal, and studying the images they’d shown. The aim here was to create a PSD template that was extremely easy to use, offering multiple angles on transparent backgrounds. Colour coded and structured files, with just a few clicks, the user could change the screen content via an embedded smart layer. I provided 12 different angles within the purchase, allowing the user to create their own unique compositions.
